What’s the voltage of those?
Because I can say that my 12v dewalt drill isn’t a very good option for sanding or polishing, it’s a bit too slow. Plus, it’s a little bulkier than those, probably due to the gearbox and clutch on the motor.
(Not my actual drill, but same model. Mine is much dirtier. )
Though, as a drill, it’s more than powerful enough for anything around the house and most jobs in the shop . I have a corded 1/2in hammer drill for the tough jobs.

HA! I think its probably the ripemms that matter. My cordless drill doesn’t get nearly fast enough. That being said it seems like someone could come out with an overdrive gear attachment for a drill and call it a day.
